maiPPV in action on 15 August 2021

Thanks to the generosity and kindness of the management of Maica Laminates in echoing the call for full vaccination and the statement of 'No one is safe until everyone is safe' released by UNHCR, maiPPV was set up at Lunas plant. The initiative has been taken in order to ensure that the work force is fully vaccinated so that public health at the plant is warranted after it is reopen. A total of 83 staff who have yet to be notified by Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (Malaysian Mininstry of Health) have received their first dose of vaccination on 15 August 2021. The second dose is set to go on 5 September 2021.
